Reform Communications | Motivate Behavior
Why Good Comms Matter
—Kim Jefferies, Principal/Owner
I’ve spent my life compelling behavior with words and pictures*. Whether for consumers/trade, sponsors/donors, business leaders/employees, internal/external audiences, global or local reach, the common denominator of my career is studying human behavior and then compelling it.
While it’s always been my personal style to say what I mean and mean what I say, plain-spoken honesty and clarity are simply necessities in today’s world of divided attentions and heightened risk.
With a few seconds to inform or motivate action, it better be clear, succinct, and benign to all audiences.
As the world has evolved to become more aware of and interested in inclusive communication (that is still concise and effective at motivating behavior), an opportunity has arisen to re-examine communications and the systems that contain them. Preparation and cohesion are key to preventing communication crises while inspiring action.
Our mission is to clear clutter, and deliver impactful, effective communications in systems built intuitively for each team.
Whether a single document or a trove of communication elements, allow us to modernize, motivate, and bring agility to the asset library.
Extend your outreach and amplify your purpose with leaner, more powerful elements that compel action.

“We turned our whole communications library over on a hard drive and Good Comms flagged and extracted unacceptable, outdated language that we didn’t even know existed in there, that could have gotten us in trouble.”
